- •Harmonia Clinic is operated by a licensed Doctor of Korean Medicine (한의사) with over 15 years of clinical experience. We provide TCM-based acupuncture, herbal medicine, consultation, and Ultrasound-Guided Treatment.
- •This platform is intended for information and appointment management.

- •Except in emergencies: Content on this site is for general information only and does not replace emergency care. In an emergency, call 911 immediately.
- •Individual variation: Treatment outcomes depend on your condition, medical history, and lifestyle; we do not guarantee any specific result.
- •Professional consultation: For accurate diagnosis and treatment, you should have an in-person consultation with the practitioner.
Appointments and Cancellations (Clinic Policy)
- •Harmonia Clinic maintains a strict booking policy so we can offer every patient the best possible visit times.
- •Cancellations and changes: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
- •No-shows and same-day cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee under clinic policy.
- •What to bring: A government-issued ID may be required on your first visit for accurate patient registration.
Privacy and Data Protection
- •Patient health information is handled in line with Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and BC’s PIPA.
- •Booking and records are managed through the security-reviewed Jane App system, and we follow that service’s security and privacy practices.
